Put the sausage skin on the machine and on the top of the machine add the meat little by little until you can fill the skin with meat, so that you can make 1 sausage.

After you made 1 sausage, twist it slightly and then you can fill again the other sausage. Be careful the skin is very fragile, twist and form sausage until we finish the casting.
