I normally prefer my grilled meat with just salt rather than with たれ whenever I go to yakiniku restaurant,that how I could taste the real flavour of the meat,but looking at Ran San's recipe I am sure it will taste great,so I made this donburi with her たれ,it turns out even better than what I expected
I use thin sliced beef this time and I am sure it's better with thicker cut like karubi,and using charcoal to grill will make this perfect too!Thank you Ran San,I fell in love with たれ now after I tried this,and I have no reason to go to yakiniku restaurants anymore!!
