Yes,very south east Asian style using banana leaves,this one is an Indian recipe.I love the green chili in the marinade too,it adds a sharp aroma that really goes well with other spices,color is attractive too!

I was browsing through internet to found out what else I could do with the banana leaves and I found this.I like it is a fish recipe!Marinaded with green chili,coconut milk,mustard seed,cumin and coriander seeds,turmeric and garam masala.I guess most fish is suitable,even mackerel!
