Rum Chocolates

100g
icing sugar
100g
milk chocolate
150g
semi sweet chocolate
150g
rum
4 tbsp
cocao powder/ chocolate sprinkles

Mix butter and icing sugar until fluffy.

Gently melt both chocolates over a water bath. If the chocolate is liquified, pour in the rum and butter mixture. Set aside and leave to cool for 1 hour.

Use your hands or a teaspoon to shape small balls and roll them in cocao powder or chocolate sprinkles.
Chill the truffles again for about an hour.
ポイント

It's easier to work with the chocolate mixture when you wash your hands with cold water to prevent the mixture from sticking.
