it's something which you won't understand if you won't eat it. it's something which is flag dish of my region - Silesia. the best it taste with cold beer on beer fest which in Poland are almost same popular as in Germany. did you knew that?

yes! that's right! boiled in beer and horseradish. did you ever ate like that??

and it's not only sauerkraut it's something what we call "ciapkapusta" or "panczkraut" this is sauerkraut and boiled potatoes 1:1 and small crispy cubes of bacon 🥰 and a lot of paper 🤤🤤🤤 I love it with every part of my body ❤
