Ingredients:/ Unbleached Hard Wheat Flour Filtered Water 1)Day1) Mix together 30g water & 30g flour. Pour into a clean jar and cover with a thin cloth and rubber band. Place in a cool, shady place outside among greenery. 2)Day2) Add 30g water & 30g flour to the mixture. Place back outside. 3)Day3,4,5,6,7,8,9) Repeat Day2 instructions. 4)Day10) Add 30g water & 30g flour to the mixture, pour into clean jar & place Inside FRIDGE.
