First step is for tart crust: Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Then gradually beat in an egg. After that, mix in flour 1/2 by 1/2. Wrap with cling wrap and put in the refrigerator for 30min.

Second step is for tart filling: Whisk condensed milk and 2 eggs, then add vanilla extract. Slowly pour hot water and sift it.

# Preheat oven to 170゜C #
Shape dough in the tart mould. Bake at 170゜C for 5 min. After 5 min pour in egg mixture. Then bake again for 15 min. After 15 min, lower to 140゜C and bake again for 15 min. Leave in oven for 10 min.
Ready to serve✨
