Normally I see this with ebi tempura,but I've also seen this done before,and I love にしん a lot.にしん甘露煮 was store bought,so is かまぼこobviously,I also made some しょうゆこ昆布 to go with it.I don't know if the is proper,please forgive me if it's not...

So I make this yearly😊 Your 年越し蕎麦 is the best for me! It's enough authentic i think😊 plus,It must be delicious serving

Of course I remember the conversation about our love of にしんそば!にしんis not available here,so I actually bought this in Tsukiji and save it until new year eve!It's the first time I have done anything like this,and let's hope it work for me!Thats right,it's Mr.Kojima's work,and makes it even more special
