Simmered yellowtail with radish (ぶり大根)

Made ぶり大根 using a pressure cooker
to save my time.
I felt as if the boiled radish was melting on my tongue.
When we make it,we need put the yellowtail, radish and thinly sliced ginger into a pan, add soy sauce, sweet cooking rice wine and sugar in moderate amounts, and then boil until the radish is colored.
