Wow,I would have never thought you made these "蝦餃"from scatch,seriously these look better than some of the ones that they serve at restaurants here!The skin is nice and thin,enough to be able to see the stuffing inside,it takes great skill to do something like this!I am lost for words to compliment

you with all these wonderful dimsum,it's just phenomenal!
BTW,it's ok if you don't have time to reply all my comments,I know you are super busy preparing all the food,I get it,so please spend some quality time with family,I know you haven't been well,so rest well,take a break from the kitchen,go to
