Roast turkey

Whole turkey
4.5kg-5kg
Chicken stock
5 teaspoons
Garlic
6-8 cloves
chicken stock
200ml
Streaky bacon
10-15 pieces
Vegetables (roasting)
作り方

Marinate turkey with chicken stock & minced garlic overnight

Line the top of the turkey with bacons

Cover with foil (tent)

Baked at 170 degree

After an hour, remove foil and bask the turkey

After 20 - 30 mins removed bacons

30 mins later - check temperature of turkey

Removed turkey once temperature reading is 68-70 degree Celsius (total baking time 2-2.30 hours)
