Couldn't get the smaller Japanese turnip this year,but thanks to my sushi chef friend,he got hold of some for me from his supplier,here is one that I made with them.
May I ask which kind of noodle are you using to make this dish?

Sure,it's actually 'mung bean thread',or cellophane noodles slightly chewy and stringy texture,I love it!

Got this idea from magazine,I think it's interesting too,and worked out very delicious.
I love kabu for winter,I couldn't find small kabu this year,only big ones,luckily sushi chef friend got these for me from supplier!
Topping is negi,used a slicer to cut and became curly,easy!Hard to find other Japanese herbs in HK....
