新玉ねぎの鶏そぼろあんかけ

Just when I was wondering what I do with the onion that is at it's best this time of the year,Rizmu's beautiful dish caught my eyes and it looked so convincingly delicious.Instead of slicing it up,I kept it whole and slower simmered in dashi,which later on went in the chicken meat sauce.
Thank you ボンバーSan for the original idea,it has proved to be a huge success amongst many SD users,including Rizmu,thank you too for passing this on!
