Made this with my leftover satay sauce.A Singaporean street food,rice vermicelli topped with squid,prawn,deep fried tofu puff,bean sprout,water spinach,and a thick and rich satay sauce poured over,such a glorious mess!
美味しかったサテーソースを思い出した♡
ビーフンにサテーソースね!濃厚なタレが絡んで美味しそう。少しソースを緩く伸ばしてあるんだよね? あのサテーソースはとても使い道が広いから、香港食材のマストアイテム👆と覚えたよ。

I kept the leftover satay sauce in the freezer,and I came across this dish recently,I thought I could use the sauce for this.I never had this in Singapore,but it looks so delicious in the photos!
A lot of sauce is used,so I added some chicken stock and more seasonings,and blended it smooth,this consistency was easy to mix around and eat too,this dish is both quick and delicious!
Satay sauce is now finished and I regret I didn't make more,the sauce is good for many things,from taiwan,Chinese dishes to SE Asian ones,may be next time...
