Coat baking bunt pan or tube pan with cooking oil or olive oil as desire, then set aside.

Finely grate the zest of 3 oranges, then squeeze the juice of all oranges. (should yield bout 1½ cups )

Whisk together flour,sugar,baking powder, and salt in a bowl .

Add eggs, oil,and juice. Mix well about 5 min. fold in orange zest and chopped Rosemary.

Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1hour 30min. *Is better you keep an eye on your cake on and off, sometime timing is not equal with different types of oven *

Cake is done if you use the cake tester it suppose to be moist soft in the inside, but not raw batter. And a golden crust from Yvette outside.

set a side to cool for 10 to 15 min. Then dust it with the Confectioner sugar which is a powder sugar
