Shrimp with shio kombu,ginger and olive oil. Spanish tapas goes Japanese.So good!

I only found out 塩昆布 not long ago,such a great ingredient,I am willing to try many things with it,I had lots of success,and I sure will explore more!Not exactly my own idea,but so good I want to share with everyone,if you make,make sure you prepare many bread!

I only discovered about 塩昆布 not long ago,so good that I want to make lots of things with it,including western style dishes! But I am a little embarrassed,this is not my own,but it's so good I want everyone to know about it!If you like Spanish ajillo style tapas,you will love this too!It's so simple,just put prawns,chopped 塩昆布 and ginger,olive oil in heat proof utensil,heat up til prawns are cooked through,and you have a truly wonderful dish!Make sure you prepare more bread,you will need it!I did make this bread,I always have some bread standing by for things like this!

塩昆布なら刻む手間もないですし、味付けもできて良いですね!

It really is an ajillo dish,but with Japanese ingredients,the shio konbu works so well here,also the ginger,I finished all the tasty oil with some bread!
Shio konbu is so great,very handy at home and it adds wonderful flavor to everything!
So glad you like this,your dishes are always exciting too,love how you combine flavors!
