Here is Ran San's inside out roll cabbage roll that she learned from Chef落合.After trying,I think I like them even better than the original,because there is the browned meat,still crunchy vegetable,and cheese that make this so good!I have made a mustard miso sauce(からし味噌ソース) to go with this.

To: ran521jp 謝謝你,全靠你提醒,我才這樣先捲緊甘藍菜,才再捲上豬肉,的磪會是緊緻一點,美觀一點,但口感來說,不知會不會是鬆一點較佳,還是要試過才知道。無論如何是非常好的菜式,也謝謝resnap!
