Pumpkin Pie

Sugar Pumpkin
350gr
Egg

Brown Sugar
1/2 cup
Cream
1/2 cup
Cinnamon Powder
1/2 tbsp
Nutmeg Powder
1/2 tsp
Ginger Powder
1/2 tsp
Cloves Powder
1/2 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Flour
1 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp
Salt
1/4 tsp
Cold Water
4 tbsp
Butter
8 tbsp
作り方

Pumpkin puree filling:

Bake your pumpkin at the oven at 180 celcius for 15-20mins, cut it to smaller chunks to make it bake quicker

When the pumpkin is soft, put them on blender with all the spices, cream,eggs, sugar, 1/2 tsp salt untill all is evenly combined

Bake for 10 minutes at 180celcius

Pie crust:

Make sure everything is super cold, mix the butter, flour with a fork or pastry mixer untill the dough is crumbly

When the dough is crumbly, put the cold water little by little, then use a mixer in low speed to mix them until everything is combined and the a stretchy dough is formed and put it on the fridge for 5 minutes

Finishing:

After the dough is nice and cold, take it out from the fridge and roll it untill it's more than enough to cover your pie tin

Make holes on the base of the pie dough with a fork

Pour in the baked pumpkin filling

Garnish the pie as you want, apply egg wash on top then bake for 20 minutes in 180 celcius
