In a bowl add flour, warm milk, yoghurt and dry yeast mixture, salt and knead around 30min adding oil and butter little by little.

After kneading, let the dough around 1 hour to rest at room temperature or in the oven at 35 degrees.

After 1hour, separate the dough in to big pieces and put some pieces inside a baking mold and roll and braid the others pieces then put the braided dough in the same baking mold.

For preparing the cream, mix all ingredients well, put the mixture in the middle of the dough and bake it at 160 degrees for 50-60 min.
