お漬物の底ヂカラ再発見: Balsamic+Red-wine garlic

Garlic
In the amount you like
Balsamic vinegar
1 portion
Red wine
1 portion
作り方

Steam garlic for 15 minutes until slightly tender

Remove the skin (after steaming it should be very easy to peel the skin off)

Soak the garlic in 1:1 ratio of balsamic vinegar and red wine (or in the ratio you like) over night

The garlic can be kept in a jar for over a month in a fridge:)
ポイント

The garlic can be steamed for less than 15 minutes if you like a harder texture
