Pissaladiere

I actually never had this before,but suddenly I was craving for anchovy and I thought I could try making this.Basically a French pizza made from anchovy,onion and olives,I did enjoy and it satisfied my craving for anchovy,but craving for cheese came right after....

plates are difficult to matching with Japanese cuisine.

This is not bad,it satisfied my craving for anchovy,and it played off really well with the sweet onion,but like I said I missed the cheese right after,just lacking that richness, if you could imagine.So in future,if I want pizza,I will definitely go for Italian(there is a reason why they are so popu

popular),and if I want pissaladiere,I will make it with puff pastry!
About pork belly oyster roll dish,I am sorry about the oyster,but I could imagine it's a great combination,I just had to try,and I enjoyed it very much!I found the plate quite tricky to use too,that's why I haven't been using it.Bu
