肉うどん using Makiko and Hironobu San's 伊勢 うどん

I made too much soup last time and I was determine to make this right.Using a different topping,beef,温泉たまご and ザーサイ,I could once again enjoy this tasty noodle.It really is a great product from 伊勢,if packet udon is so good already,I reckon the fresh one would be even better,I look forward trying it
in 伊勢!

伊勢うどんにアオサ、気に入ってますね〜(゚∀゚) 喜んでもらえて本当に良かった!!
しかしリックの手にかかると庶民の普段食の伊勢うどんも上品になるね。肉うどん、とてもイイ❤︎
前回のよりも、現地の伊勢うどんにかなり近い出来上がりですね。ベリーグッドです👍
伊勢うどんがゴージャスに!お肉いいですね。つゆには合いますよね。あおさのまた素敵な登場に感謝です。盛り付けに感動しました(^O^)

I did a little research and found out some shops at Ise serve this style of udon too,I hope I got it right,might not be very authentic adding the ザーサイ,but I have some at home so I thought I could add some,I quite enjoyed it like this!This type of noodle suits me best,I love Japanese everyday food!T

Thank you Hironobu San,I am glad you like what I did!I wanted to try something different and I got the idea from some photos from the Internet,beef really goes well with this udon and つゆ,and of course I couldn't forget the あおさ too!I finished the last pack and I will miss it so bad...
