Super Healthy 'Ice Cream'

Sliced Bananas

Nuts of your choice for topping
2 small handfulls

These delectible frozen treats may look like ice cream, but they are really just made with one healthy ingredient! Bananas! First you need to slice you bananas and put them in a bowl. Place them and a freezer for 3-4 hours (or until fully frozen)

Now when you take the banana peices out of the frezer and put them in a food processor or strong blender. Pulse them until they form a mushy/frozen substance.

Place them back in the freezer for about 15 minutes so they can reharden a bit.

Now divide into 2 seperate bowls, sprinkle nuts on top, and serve!(:

You can also add peanut butter to the bananas when blending for a slightly different flavor. When I made mine I had to add a little bit of milk to the bananas in the blender because it was not strong enough to pupsate the bananas on its own.
