Filling: 1. Put oil and fry garlic and onion till fragrance 2. Add in all mushroom and broccoli fry till soft. 3. Add pepper & salt & cheese. 4. Put on plate to cool

Mushroom pie: 1.Roll tart shell to fill pie pan. 2. Pour 1/3 of custard on tart shell 3. Assemble filling on the custard 4. Pour remaining custard 5. Sprinkle mozzarella on top 6. Bake at pre heated oven at 190 for 30 to 40 min or till shell turn golden brown
