The same way as preparing duck legs,cured with salt and slowly cooked in oil,once again I used my sou vide tools.

鴨や鶉が最高だけど、手に入りにくいから私も作るときは鶏肉です。
それにしても盛り付けのセンスがさりげなくて素敵。美しい一皿だね!

Since I started to use sou vide to cook,I find out it's especially good making all kind of confit,less oil is needed in those plastic bags and I don't have to waste the oil so much!I tried duck leg last time,so I tried the chicken this time,I even have chicken wings that I will post next time,also good!
