Pepper stuffed with rice

When talking about the 'stuffed tomatoes' a while ago with Makiko,the possibility of rice stuffing came up.I came across this Turkish recipe,raisins,tomato,mint,
allspice,cumin,cinnamon are in the rice mix,no need to call for meat!

Thank you for your suggestion about stuffing rice in vegetables,I like this Turkish recipe especially,it's not a rice salad,but cooked rice is actually baked in the pepper,the pepper is nice and sweet,and a flavorsome rice with all the spices and herbs too!I have to do more Turkish food!
