Heartly Pumpkin Soup

材料・調味料
Pumpkin
500 g
Potato
100 g
Garlic
5 Cloves
Onion
1/2
Cream
1/2 Cup
Butter
1 Tbsp
Chicken Stock
500 ml
Thymes
Salt
Bread Crumbs
作り方

Fry chopped garlic and onions with olive oil until soft and aroma.

Add potatoes, onions with about 100 ml of chicken stock and cook in medium heat for 20 mins until soft.

Wait for it to cool down, blend in blender until mash.

Reheat back in pot, with balance of chicken stock and cream for 10 mins.

Turn off heat, add a cube of butter stir accordingly. Serves with a sprinkle of Thymes, and some brrad crumbs.
