Poached Peaches & Strawberries

with mint leaves on top?

really wanna try that!!

I poached the fruit in red wine, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves and peppercorns. Added a little brown sugar. Than topped with fresh cut mint. Try it, hope you enjoy it!
