Flour Mixture: 3 tbsp Rice Flour 4.5 tbsp Tapioca Flour a dash of white pepper half tsp of sesame oil 2 tsp of soy sauce 1 cup of water thin slices of red chilies (optional)
Fillings - could be of any preference: Minced shiitake mushroom, strips of white oyster mushrooms and minced baby celery Thin slices of vegetarian fish chips
Add oil to non-stick pan. Pan fry fillings ingredients till fragrant. Then, drizzle some oil and pour in flour mixture (Give it a stir before pouring in. May add beaten eggs if preferred). Allow mixture to sit and fry for 2 mins before flipping over and continue to fry till thick and brown crisps seen.
