Lasagna,replacing the pasta with Napa cabbage.
Wow! Innovative! I've seen recipes using eggplant in place of lasagna, but not napa cabbage!

Thanks,I love the moussaka which is layered with eggplant too,I thought this Napa cabbage would work too,more of a Japanese approach!

Just trying to do another 白菜 dish before spring comes,it's something less seen anywhere,definitely worth trying if you like 白菜.Just a few point,because 白菜 will continuously give out water when heated,make sur
sure you keep everything less liquid,like in the meat sauce(mine is just basic soy sauce,sake etc..),not too much béchamel sauce,also dry up excess liquid on the 白菜 too.Also because the 白菜 is soft,it would not hold the shape when the lasagna is heated,it's ok if you serve it in a lasagna deep dish,b
but if you want to serve it cut up like mine on a plate,you have to layer,cut,and move onto a heatproof dish when everything is cold,then put it under the grill to heat up.Have fun!
