Relatively easier and less shopping to make compared to beef pho,but still as satisfying!

やっぱりベトナムフードは暑いときに食べるものだから、夏の食事っていう雰囲気だよね。写真全体の雰囲気もアジアンテイストで素敵。

Although I said relatively easy,but I bet many people still disagree,because I made the broth form scratch,with the bones from the chicken after I took out the meat,the whole process took me around 5 hrs!
Part of Vietnam is as cold as HK,and they eat this all year,but all those herbs make this a nice and fresh bowl of noodle,especially great for summer!
I actually steamed whole chicken first,took out the meat,then make the broth with the carcass,and other aromatic stuffs,I used pressure cooker,so it took less time.I think this is intermediate level,not exactly too complicated.
The herbs I used are coriander,Thai basil,mint,green onion,also shredded raw onion,I forgot to put in when I photographed.
Mint and lamb is perfect match,but Vietnamese cuisine rarely has lamb,I would recommend you to try making chicken pho first,you could use store bought chicken stock and add ginger and spices,the rest is easy!

Thanks for taking my advice,I just thought the chicken pho is most traditional and there is a reason why it has stayed around for a long time!
The setting is only for photography reason,that's what I love to do now,my friends won't wait around...cooking is like giving myself new projects or training,rather than entertainment these days...😊
