材料・調味料 (8 人分)
Whipped cream
2cups
Milk
2cups
Sugar
3/4cups
Salep(Orchid flour)
2tsp
Crushed mastic
1/2tsp
作り方

Beat in mixer 1/2 cup milk, 1 tablespoon sugar and crashed mastic until they become a smooth mixture.

Dissolve the salep to1/2 cup of cold milk.

Pour the remaining milk in a saucepan and heat over low heat.

Add both the mastic mixture and salep mixture into the milk in the casserole.

Ass remaining sugar and cream.

Leave the cream to simmer for 20min. stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Then let it cool on the room temperature.

Pour into Pyrex and put in freezer, covered with foil.

When thickened slightly, remove from the freezer and mix to crash the ice and repeat 2 or more times to make the ice cream fluffy.
