Rigatoni pasta with cherry tomatoes

材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Rigatoni pasta
200 gr
Cherry tomatoes
About 25
Small onion

Ex. V olive oil
3-4 tbsp
作り方

Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Cut onion in slices.
Add a bit of water and the olive oil to your pan and add the tomatoes and onions.
Cover and simmer.

Bring water to the boil, add salt and add your pasta. Cook for 10 mins (check pasta cooking time on bag).

Stir your tomatoe mixture and when the onion is translucent and the mixture is thick and saucy remove from heat.

Mix pasta and tomatoes together and serve.
ポイント

Add some Parmesan cheese on top.
I like to add some black pepper as well.
