Paan biscuits 🇮🇳

材料・調味料
All purpose flour
125g
Basen(chickpea flour
40g
Baking soda
1/2tsp
Baking powder
1tsp
Sooji (semolina)
40g
Nutmeg powder
1pinch
Ghee
80g
Yogurt
1/2tbsp
Milk
1-2tbsp
Nuts
2tbsp
作り方

Cream ghee and sugar together, till light and fluffy. Then add yogurt and blend together.

Add all dry ingredients. And knead into a smooth dough. Add milk if needed. Make into small balls and keep baking tray.

Bake at 180degree for 20-25min.
