Baked salmon with vegetable rice served with Tabbouleh salad in chicory ship

salmon filet

lemon slice

1, pressed to lemon juice
salt, pepper
chicory leaves

parsley finely shredded
1 cup
tomatoes finely sliced

bulgur fine
2-3 spoons added to lemon juice
rice any
1 teacup
mixed vegetables frozen
carrots and peas
salt, pepper, piment spice
1 teaspoon each to mix in rice and vegetables
olive oil
3 spoons
ground (dry) mint
1 teaspoon

Bake salmon filet in oven 20 - 25 minutes at 200°C

Cook the rice and the vegetables then mix all together, cover with spices as you prefer.

Cut 1/4 bunch of parsley fine, let bulgur stand inside lemon juice and tomato to soak the sour flavor, mix all together in a bowl and add salt, ground mint, olive oil and decorate with chicory leaves to be served in
ポイント

To save on dish washing let the frozen vegetables thaw before cooking time and add them to the ready rice pot and simmer for additional 10 minutes while mixing with hot rice.
That is in case frozen vegetables are a little cooked.
