Sogan dolma

材料・調味料 (8 人分)
Onions

Minced beef
500g
Rice
100g
Egg
1
Parsley
Tomato paste
2tsp
Paprika powder
A pinch
Lemon juice
Few drops
Sunflower oil
Salt and pepper
To taste
作り方

Cook the onions for about 10min. in boiling water, taking care it doesn't fall apart. Cool.

Cut the top of the onion and carefully take out the heart and layers piece by piece.

Heat the oven to 250C.

In a bowl, mix the minced beef, rice, egg, drizzle of oil, tomato paste, paprika, salt and pepper.

Stuff the onions with the mixture and layer in the baking tray. Add water to the half and drizzle of oil. Bake for about 3min.

When the baking is done, sprinkle the onions with some lemon juice.

Serve with yoghurt.
