Finally the wait is over!
Thank you Makiko and Hironobu for bringing me this Ise udon,I was given this last year and I have been missing it for so long,truly delicious,if packet stuff is this good,I can't imagine how good the handmade fresh stuff is,can't wait to try in Ise!
伊勢うどん which you made looks perfect!!
I love to eat 伊勢うどん. it was my first experience to eat this when I visit 伊勢神社 on my way to meet both Makiko san&Hironobu san.
I couldn't have imagined the noodle(especially Udon)with no al dente before I ate. Its taste is far beyond imagination.The soup is also amazing!
I hope you to visit 伊勢temple soon to eat 伊勢うどん where the place with power spot.

伊勢うどんの食べ方をマスターしたね!😁 初めて食べる人は、うどんのタレが濃くて少ないことに驚くけど、これで良いのです。薄める必要はなくて、タレを絡めながら食べるんだよ〜(笑)
トッピングに鰹、アオサもベストマッチだね。是非是非、本場の伊勢で美味しいお店に案内したい!

Hi Raycheal,I envy you had the proper freshly made Ise udon,thanks for your tempting report,it's my mission to try it when I make it to Ise next time!
Makiko couple brought me this when we first met,I went home and tried it and it had been unforgettable,they asked me what I want when they came over to HK and it was a no brainer,I asked for Ise udon!Love the thick noodle type and the attractively darkタレ,I feel like I don't even need other toppings for this!
I really look forward to visit Ise,for both scenery and food!

You are too kind,the noodle and ダレ itself are so good already,I really don't want too many toppings to take away the attention!
The first time I had this,I thought the タレshould be diluted,because that's the way Japanese eat noodle,not because of the dark colour.In south east Asia including HK,we have many dried type(no soup) noodles that are mixed with a dark soy sauce,so I am use to this colour,and I love it,I could say this Ise udon kind of feel like Chinese style,except we always have oil in it.
I am very interested at making this タレ,and I even bought a 溜まりsoy sauce for it.Do you think that what it uses?

刺身や丼、蒲焼などにはたまり醤油をベースにしたタレが美味しいよね❤︎

Thank you,it's good to know I bought the right stuff!
Very difficult to cook like I do,bought too many bottled seasoning and sauce and most of them couldn't finish before expired date,so I always go for small sizes,still my fridge is full😰...
