There are so many flavored butter around,especially in France,apart from red wine butter,there is also seaweed butter,which I think they have already been making it since long time ago,you could actually buy it there!But when it comes to food made from seaweed,I think Japanese is best with the good quality and varieties of seaweed.I also made seaweed butter from のり佃煮,really delicious!
Aosa season started?Must be so good fresh,may be you will make tempura?
