Vietnamese rolls with lemongrass beef and marinated papaya

I like to eat some kind of Vietnamese roll in summer,it's my ritual.This year it's just a basic one,I wanted to do something new and interesting,but I was just craving for some good old lemongrass beef,I guess nothing beats the basics.

The method I use makes it easy to roll neatly,the trick is not making the wrapper too wet.I agree it will look more pretty on the outside if you roll it right,especially with prawn rolls.Mine here is just an ok job!
Sorry the title didn't explain in detail,the beef was marinated with chopped lemongrass,then grilled,so it was ok to eat!
