I wanted to make complete this,like yours soup... but couldn't get 夜香花 in Japan... So I put on shredded ginger instead of flower. Taste was miracle good to me! At first taste, this soup is very smooth.and nice 冬瓜's texture! I really addicted this😍 Thanx for given god's soup😋🙏

Ok,traditionally this soup is made with diced 冬瓜,but I have also tried a grated version that I like so much that I need to make myself,here is how I did it:make a soup base with everything but 冬瓜,then add the grated 冬瓜and it's liquid last,just to boil for feel minutes til cooked through but still s
slushy texture,like a みぞれ煮,and no need to filter or add diced 冬瓜any further.Sorry that I didn't explain it clear enough.But I have to say the way you did is a good idea,maximizing the 冬瓜 flavour! Btw,British artist uploaded already !

わたしはそんなカッコよい花をGETできずでしたけど、スープ好きの私には大好きな味でした!
