材料・調味料 (1 人分)
Plain 0% fat greek yoghurt
1/2 cup
Frozen cherries
1 handful
Unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup
Agave nectar
1-2 tsp
Steel cut oatmeal
1/4 cup

Place greek yoghurt, almond milk, cherries and half of agave nectar in a blender

Process until smooth

Put in bowl or cup and top with oats, then drizzle with the remaining agave nectar (sweeten to taste)
