To: rikk (as asked all methods from my mom.. haha) All ingredients should be cooked separately and blended before mix all together in coconut milk. Then, seasoning with lime juice, tamarind, fish sauce and palm sugar.
To: rikk The spicy flavor comes from dried chili stir fried in oil mix with fresh chili (so it wont be too spicy) then, soak them to soften in water. Put it as the last step with chopped coriander. Please try, if more details needed feel free to let me know ;)
