My dinner 20.3.15 Steamed Tofu fish paste tiger prawns salted egg yolk & Homemade Chrysanthemum Tea 🌻 ❄

材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Tofu
1.5 pcs
Tiger prawns
4 medium
Fish paste
180gm
Salted egg yolk

ポイント

-Rinse all ingredients.
-Mash tofu into small bits.
-Cut & minced prawns (marinate pepper sesame oil & light soya sauce)
-Mix fish paste and add half bowl of water after the ingredients well mixed. Blend to a paste and spread with tablespoon into a plate for steaming about 8 mins.
-Cut and dice salted egg yolks on top before steaming.
-Sprinkle Fried Spring onions oil and serve with steamed rice.
