Curry Marinate: 1 tbsp Baba brand Meat Curry powder 1 tsp Tumeric powder 1/2 tsp Cumin powder 1/2 tsp salt a dash of brown sugar 2 leaves of minced fragrant leave (xiang chun) 3 tbsp of water
Marinate vege meat for 1 hour. Then oven roast with cooking oil for 40mins 180c top down. Flip meat after 20mins.
Serve with fresh japanese cucumbers and white rice!
Alternatively may turn it into satay skewers! Yumz with satay sauce dip too ^^
