Chole Bhature

refined wheat flour

curd
1 cup
green fenugreek leaf
1 teaspoon
asafoetida

作り方

For bhature - Heat water in a bowl, add asafoetida and green fenugreek leaf and keep it for half an hour.

Mix curd, flour and hot water in a bowl and leave it for half an hour.

For chole - In a cooker add 4 cups water, big cardamom ,green cardamon,cloves and black pepper, and chickpea and cook for 2 or 3 whistles.

Mix oil and ghee in a pan and heat it.After that add onion and fry a Little When the onion turns light red add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste
