Sweet and sour meatball with bamboo shoot,so good with a bowl of rice!
With a bowl of rice ♡ It's 甘酢肉団子丼!
Now, the season of 筍, bomboo, many chinese and japanese dishes use bomboo shoot.
I know '龍頭' (big meat ball), is this a same dish? Looks delisious!

You are right,also good made into a donpuri!
It's bamboo shoot season.In China we also have other types of bamboo for different seasons,but in Japan,bamboo shoot gets lots of attention in spring!I can't get top quality ones here(and certainly no free and morning picked ones),for this dish,average quality is good enough!
Big meat ball is 獅子頭(not this),Shanghai cuisine,I love it !
