材料・調味料
Whole turkey
2kg
turkey/chicken liver
100g
Small onion
1
Garlic cloves
2-3
Bay leaf
Butter
50g
Cooked rice
2tbsp
Salt/Pepper
Cannola oil
作り方

Chop the onion and cooked it together with liver and 1tbsp of oil. Rub the turkey meat inside and outside with oil, butter, salt and pepper.

Inside the turkey, stuff the liver mixture. Chop the garlic and put it together with bay leaf inside the baking tray/special baking bag.(oven bag)

Put some aluminum foil on the top of the turkey or bake it in a special baking for 2h-2h1/2 at 250C.
