Spicy Ginger Snaps

This was one of those perfect accidents. I had an old family recipe for ginger snaps and decided to do a little playing around. I used freah, and dried ginger along with a little smoked paprika and some cayanne. After they were finished baking I sprinkled them very lightly with fresh nutmeg and himilayan sea salt.
