Cut cherry tomatoes and garlic into half and roast it.

Stir fry onion, add fresh or canned tomatoes, add salt, pepper, thyme, oregano to it.

Smash the roasted garlic with a fork. Add the garlic to the soup, add fresh cream and a tiny piece of butter to the soup.

Use hand blender to purée the soup and serve it warm or cold. Serve with the roasted cherry tomato toppings. :) it tastes better with grilled cheese and bread or stir fry vegetables.
