I heard it's done much simpler in Indonesia,I am sure you are more familiar than me.Thank you for the resnap!

It would be very hard for me to omit anything from this nasi goreng, every single thing is delicious!Wasn't too complicated at all,and I have most ingredients at home, chicken satay was marinaded with the satay sauce that my friend gave,it's good that I found another use,I love the rice itself most,I
can't get enough of that shrimp paste aroma. But I had to use packet prawn cracker this time, the one, there are ones that I could fry myself, those are better! It's funny, isn't it,out of all the fried rices, this one always feature in hotel menu, like you said, may be it's just popular!
Of course,nasi gore
goreng is on the way to your room, there is an extra satay too, only for you my friend!
Let me see yours please,I am sure it's better than mine! But we made same thing again, how incredible!
This is much more delicious than its hotels. and I also agree with your question. actually, I usually order nasi
goreng when I take a room service at
every hotels and that's for sure I can say Nasi goreng is usually good taste in every hotels.

Thank you so much for your compliment! It's been a long time and I was craving for this! But I remember too, when I had this in hotels,it was always good and therefore safe to order, may be it's important for room service kitchen to get this famous dish right!
I am jealous of りーちさん San,you had the authentic Nasi goreng in Bali!I am not sure if I have done this right, but I fried the rice with kecap manis and shrimp paste, and I love everything with shrimp paste!About the satays, they are chicken, simply marinaded with satay sauce(bottled) and grilled,it was a
complete and satisfying meal for me!Thanks so much for compliment and resnaps!

Hi Romei San,sorry for late reply, and thank you for your compliment.I could only say this is more or less how hotels do,but I have heard that most authentic has less topping in it.Anyway this is how I like it,with lot of shrimp paste(I use Malaysian "belachan" this time, but not too much,it could be
salty) to fry the rice with, along with kecap manis(Indonesian thick soy sauce, substitute with any dark soy is also fine),and a little fish sauce too,I also add onion, shrimps and peas in it,I know you could figure those out.But if you want to make shrimp paste extra aromatic, you could wrap a spoonful
pressed flat,in tinfoil, then put the packet straight onto the stove and roast it,until smoke comes out and very aromatic(sorry your kitchen will really smell!)The satay is just chopped chicken marinaded in satay sauce(it was bottled stuff,to save time),skewered and grilled. The rest is easy as you co
could see, prawn crackers is also store bought,so really not much trick involved, but it's a great meal already, please try!
Looking good!!! My belachan is on the way. Can't wait to cook some Indonesian or Malaysian food. It is getting hot here. It is great to go for spicy.😁
